Important Note: Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase. Due to the high volume of orders processed daily, modifications after the order has been placed are challenging and may not be accommodated. If changes are necessary, they could lead to delays in your shipment beyond the stated timelines.

Surcharge Shipping Fee: (Currently Disabled)

A surcharge fee will be applied to orders that require fulfillment from more than two locations within a single transaction. This fee is determined by the total amount in the cart and is applicable if the criteria of three locations in one order are met. Orders that qualify for free shipping are exempt from this surcharge. The fee is non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

JSM Wholesale is not responsible for shipments detained or seized by Customs in your country. Certain countries prohibit the importation of nicotine products. It is your responsibility to understand your country's laws regarding such imports. We do not issue refunds for orders that do not arrive due to customs issues.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your package to be dispatched.

Return Policy

Processing returns may require additional time.

  • Returns for defective products are accepted within 180 days of purchase.
  • Returns must include the original invoice and/or reference number related to the defective product(s).
  • Original packaging and all components are required for a full refund. Returns lacking original packaging will be rejected.
  • All sales on clearance and sale items are final. These items are not eligible for returns.
  • Returns are not accepted for any products containing liquids/e-juice, including but not limited to disposables, closed-pod systems, and e-juice bottles.
  • Returns for non-defective products are not accepted.
  • Customers must provide a shipping label for any denied returns. If a shipping label is not provided within 30 days, the product(s) will be disposed of.

RETURN OF PRODUCT(S) MARKED DOA

  • A product is considered DOA (Dead on Arrival) if it fails within the first 14 calendar days after the customer receives it.
  • After 14 days, the standard RMA process applies. Products returned as DOA will be tested. If they are not found to be DOA, the return will be denied.
  • Credit will be applied to your account once the DOA product(s) are received, inspected, and approved by the JSM Wholesale Returns Department.
  • For denied returns, customers must provide a shipping label. Without a label within 30 days, the product(s) will be disposed of.

RECEIVED EXPIRED OR INCORRECT IN-HOUSE PRODUCT?

If JSM Wholesale has shipped the wrong or expired product, please:

  1. Complete our customer support form within 5-7 business days of delivery.
  2. Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition received.
